CANCELLATION POLICY

**𝐈 𝐚𝐦 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠** 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲- Clients MUST give notice of cancellation 72 hours prior. Canceling with less than 72 hours notice will result in loosing your booking deposit! If you cancel before 72hrs and would like to reschedule, I’d be more than happy to apply the booking deposit to your next scheduled appointment. *l will only allow this 1 time.* 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲- There is a 15 minute late policy! At the 15 minute mark you will be marked as a no-show and this will result in loosing your booking deposit. After no showing, if you would like to schedule a new appointment, another booking deposit is required. I completely understand that anything can happen last minute, these policies are in place as time is valuable.
